We understand that not being able to go to the gym is a problem. Whether you normally love your morning lengths of the pool, or your Wednesday night BodyPump class, it is a big change.
Our instructors are here to help, with shared workouts, online live classes and we hope this will fill the gap - at least a little - until we open our doors again. Not a member? You're still welcome to join us - maybe you'll discover you like it.
