Active Workforce

Working on Wellbeing

Working on Wellbeing is a free programme funded by Public Health over the next 12 months that aims to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of local business employees. We aim to target small-medium sized businesses (SMEs) that have been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be organising free in-person along with virtual activities and events throughout the year that cater to all aspects of the needs and interests of individuals; from physical challenges to group activities or educational seminars.

Help your employees

How Working on Wellbeing can

We offer a huge range of activities and events some of which are carried out regularly, such as: weekly lunchtime walks, mindfulness group meetings and online active classes. Alternatively, you can take part in our bigger, pre-organised events that you can have in your calendar through the year, such as Duathlons, seasonal holiday activities and sports tournaments.

See some of our services...

However, we are a huge advocate of bespoke services for all businesses and are constantly thinking of new ideas to provide for all that want to be involved. Therefore, we are completely open to all activity and event suggestions that you think your employees might enjoy.

Getting involved

Interested in

All you need to do is drop us an email using the button to let us know you are interested and would like to know more about the programme. We will organise a no-obligation in-person (or virtual) meeting to suit you and discuss benefits you believe your team will enjoy and get the most out of.

If an agreement has been made of what kind of package you would like, we put your company and employees onto our system, allowing them full access to the events/activities you chose. If your employees would like to try something else, you can change your package at any point - just contact us and we’ll do the rest!

If you would like to see more about the programme we can send our “programme newsletter document” which contains the finer details of our offers and the benefits you can expect by taking part in it! Again, just contact on the email to request this.
