Logging In and using the Dashboard

To get an Active Sefton account, you’ll either need to:

Have a membership with us, or
-
Have booked something online previously (an account would have been created during that process).
Making a Booking and Cancelling
Booking classes and activities has never been easier!
If you book something that does not require payment, you’ll have the ability to cancel that booking yourself.
We highly recommend that if you’ve booked a class you can’t attend, please cancel your spot. This helps someone else take your place and allows the waiting list to function effectively.
For activities or bookings that require payment, cancellations or refunds can only be processed by speaking directly with the leisure centre where you made the booking.
Booking for Multiple People
Book Your Sessions for Swimming, Splashworld, and More!
When making a booking, you’ll have the option to add multiple people. If you’re logged in, you’ll automatically be included in the session by default. You can toggle your participation on or off if needed, but you’ll initially be counted as part of the group.
Once you’ve confirmed your group, you’ll proceed to the payment page. After completing payment, your booking will be confirmed.
