Online Booking System
From the 12th April 2021 we will be offering a mixture of bookable time slots and open times (turn up and train / no need to book in advance). Open times will still be track and trace compliant. Booking restrictions will still apply for bookable slots. there will be no limits on how many times members can visit the gym, pool or classes.
The safety and wellbeing of our members and staff are paramount and we want you to feel safe, comfortable and supported on your return.
To keep with government guidelines, we are limiting the number of people who can access the centre at one time. Swimming and classes will need to be booked prior to arriving at the centre. Fitness suite access will be a mixture of bookable and open slots. For information on your centres booking slots click here.
Please note, for members booking on to gym, classes or pool, all activities can be booked up to 7 days in advance either online or over the phone.
We have an online booking system for gym (for the bookable slots), swim and classes. We would advise all members to register for online booking as this will make the booking process quicker and easier.
If you are not a member of Activate Fitness you WILL NOT be able to book gym sessions or classes at this time. You will, however, be able to book general swim sessions by calling your chosen centre. Click here
If we have an e-mail address for you on our membership system you will have received an e-mail from (Golf-Leisure On-Line Bookings or firstname.lastname@example.org) containing the Verification Name and Verification Code you will need to register for the first time. Please make sure you check your spam folder.
We have contacted as many members as possible who did not display an e-mail address on the system. If you have not received a phone call requesting this information or had any correspondence via e-mail from us recently, it is likely that we do not hold your e-mail address on the system. If you would like to use online booking, please send your name, address, post code and preferred e-mail to email@example.com or call 0151 934 2297.
For casual users all payments will be taken at time of booking via card payment only. For members all direct debit payments will resume from 17th April 2021 on your normal payment date.
Please note once the gym is at full occupancy for bookable and open slots we will not be able to accept any more walks ins.
