Abs Workouts

Abs workouts strengthen the muscles around the spine and improve posture as the body's weight is correctly distributed. This is useful for increasing the strength and endurance of the abdominal muscles and improving performance with certain sports, and back pain. Abdominal workouts also improve harmony between muscles in the body which plays a major role in balance, posture, and stability.

Abs Workout 1

30 seconds per exercise

5-10 rounds

- Russian Twists

- Full Range Sit Ups

- Pulse Sit Ups

- Leg Raises

- Plank


Equipment needed:

- Dumbells

Before undertaking any of our workout sessions, please ensure that you have:
